Webyt.Shop, including all its subdomains and integrated services, is a proprietary platform owned and operated by Writenix Tech Solutions. By creating an account, registering a business, or accessing any part of our infrastructure, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. This constitutes a legally binding contract between the User (Tenant) and Writenix Tech Solutions.
Writenix Tech Solutions operates on a foundation of absolute transparency. You are strictly required to provide genuine, government-verified documentation during registration (including if asked not limited to KRA PINs, National IDs, or Business Permits).
Our platform is built for legitimate commerce. Usage of Webyt.Shop for the sale of prohibited items under the Constitution of Kenya and the Penal Code—including but not limited to narcotics, unlicensed firearms, counterfeit currency, or stolen property—is strictly forbidden.
In the event of suspicious activity or legal inquiries, Writenix Tech Solutions is legally mandated to provide full database access, owner identity logs, IP addresses, and transaction histories to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) and other relevant law enforcement agencies without prior notice to the user.
All subscriptions are billed Annually. The standard introductory rate is KES 3,500 per year. Failure to renew on the anniversary date will trigger the grace period protocol.
New tenants receive a 15-day Free Trial followed by a 15-day Waiting/Grace Period. Total window of access without payment is 30 calendar days.
Warning: Irreversible Deletion
Upon the expiration of the 30-day window, our system automatically executes a Total Purge. This deletes your subdomain, product database, customer records, and all uploaded images. Writenix Tech Solutions does not maintain backups for expired unpaid accounts.
The Webyt engine, its source code, design elements, and the "Webyt" brand are the exclusive intellectual property of Writenix Tech Solutions. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or clone the platform will result in immediate legal action and a permanent ban.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Writenix Tech Solutions shall not be held liable for any loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from server downtimes, maintenance windows, or "Nuke" actions triggered by policy violations. The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
Sales Agents are independent contractors. Writenix Tech Solutions reserves the right to withhold commissions if we find evidence of agents assisting tenants in providing false documentation or bypass methods. Lifetime commissions (1,000 KES) are only valid as long as the tenant remains in a "Paid" status.
Users may choose to stop using the service at any time. However, Writenix Tech Solutions does not offer pro-rated refunds for the remaining months of an annual subscription. Once a user requests account deletion, the "Purge" protocol is initiated immediately.
